CTE's Business Enterprise Systems (BES) team has recently demonstrated the effectiveness of supporting the AFITC event where over 150 exhibitors and 5,000 visitors participated in the three-day event from 26 August— 28 August 2019, featuring speakers, education, training, and a trade show.

CTE serves as administrators of AF PEO BES Social Media accounts (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and any other social media platforms) to share approved event driven (AFITC, VID, and AF PEO BES related events) and informative articles about AF PEO BES and Air Force.
CTE collaborates with a Government liaison to develop and maintain the BES Social Media plan annually. CTE also collects content, such as pictures, videos, quotes, media release forms, etc., from BES Divisions to promote through Social Media sites.
- CTE creates/edits articles and videos for submission to the Base newspapers, periodicals, press releases, guides, pamphlets, fact sheets, podcasts, and other forums.
- CTE coordinates with appropriate agencies prior to contacting and releasing information to representatives of news media on conditions that might result in favorable or unfavorable public reaction, including releases and public statements involving news of national interest.
- CTE serves as a Site Manager and Content Manager of BES and releasing information to representatives of news media on conditions that might result in favorable or unfavorable public reaction, including releases and public statements involving news of national interest.
- CTE also provides Kiosk-Checkin Technology Cloud-Based Software support for ensuring that the check-in and on-site registration for attendees ran at a proficient pace.
