PROJECT OVERVIEW

ERP provides software development, operational management, helpdesk support, and configuration updates for the AFLCMC primary deployment management application — the Medical Readiness Decision Support System (MRDSS).

ERP SERVICES & RESULTS

ERP develops and recommends new processes for enhancing system operations. We maximize utilization of centralized information to improve productivity and eliminate redundancy with proper documentation in accordance with Air Force guidelines.

We provide technical, functional , and security support to design or modify application software to incorporate requirements as identified by the Air Staff, Major Commands, and unit level medical readiness experts. Our application development uses state-of-the-art Web design tools utilizing Oracle as the primary database environment.

ERP developed the code that permits MRDSS to be CAC enabled, allowing single sign-on across multiple applications. In addition, we reworked the Manpower Force (MANFOR) and UMD interfaces, which had previously calculated and manipulated data incorrectly, into a faster and more accurate interface using modernization techniques.

ERP develops user training and support materials for deployed system architecture and compiles data for implementation. We completely re-engineered the process for storing training records ensuring that real-time training requirements are available to the users.

We have achieved greater than 98% availability for over 9,000 users and we have executed administrative and technical support to resolve trouble tickets in the most expedient method possible. We have implemented two major system releases and closed 287 Problem Reports and Helpdesk Tickets.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

ERP provides subject matter expertise in support of the following systems: Expense Assignment System internet (EASi) Version IV; Third Party Outpatient Collection System (TPOCS); Coding Compliance Editor (CCE); Electronic DD2569; and the Air Force Medical Omnibus Web Applications Pool (AFMOWAP) consisting of multiple servers running various operating systems, applications, and database software.

ERP SERVICES & RESULTS

ERP has migrated 11 Stage and Production applications and databases to Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Oklahoma Capacity Services. In the latest release we have implemented a direct login to AIMWTS from PEPP when a user has valid accounts in both systems. This enables users to instantly access any waiver in AIMWTS reducing multiple logins and expediting patient’s cases.

In addition, we maintain the code that allows MRS to be CAC enabled, facilitating single sign-on across multiple applications.

ERP team members facilitated the execution of more than 100 security patches applied to the TPOCS servers and installed automated programs to monitor systems performance and network connectivity issues in order to immediately resolve issues as they occur.

Upon award of contract, ERP sustained and enhanced the code for PEPP and AIMWTS despite uncertainty regarding the last baseline of software. ERP’s lead developer stepped in to quickly debug over 14,000 files and released the product with zero negative impact.

ERP has developed system documentation to include training and technical manuals, configuration management plans, requirements documentation, test scripts, test plans, and systems engineering products. By taking a proactive stance in system operation, ERP is not only in full compliance with DoD IA standards and training but also ensures that the methods practiced in securing the infrastructure and provides for the most secure architecture possible in the protection of sensitive patient/medical information.
